On September 29th, the Bulldogs, proudly sponsored by Jason Lallis Real Estate, faced off against the Tigers in an exhilarating 3rd grade flag football game. As the coach, I couldn’t be prouder of our team’s performance and determination. The Bulldogs emerged victorious, bringing our season record to 2-2.

Game Highlights:

  • Roman was a standout player with two impressive runs. His agility and speed were on full display as he maneuvered past defenders. Roman also contributed significantly with a 1-point conversion run and a 2-point conversion pass, showcasing his versatility and skill.

  • Henry showcased his versatility by catching two crucial passes. One of these catches resulted in a 1-point conversion, and the other set us up at the 1-yard line. Henry’s determination and focus were evident as he made a key tackle that helped secure our defense.

  • James made a spectacular catch for a touchdown, adding to the excitement and energy of the game. His ability to find open space and secure the ball was crucial to our offensive success.

  • Margo demonstrated her skills with a solid run and a big tackle on defense. Her tenacity and quick thinking on the field proved to be a vital asset to the team, stopping the Tigers in their tracks.

  • Weston also had a notable run, contributing to our offensive efforts. His speed and determination helped us gain crucial yards and maintain momentum.

  • Jude had a big defensive performance, making several crucial stops. His awareness and ability to read the game were key in shutting down the Tigers’ offense.

  • Jordan had a touchdown catch and also made a tackle on defense. His dual-threat capability made him a significant contributor on both sides of the ball.

  • Declan played strong defense and caught a pass for a touchdown. His strength and focus were evident as he battled through defenders to make key plays.

  • Connor had a strong defensive performance with two tackles and added another touchdown catch on offense. His all-around game was a major factor in our victory.

  • Noah had two runs, one for a touchdown, and added a tackle on defense. His speed and agility were on full display, making him a constant threat to the Tigers.

  • August had a strong run and played solid defense, including a big tackle. His effort and determination were crucial in both our offensive drives and defensive stands.

This week, our Word of the Week was WIN (What’s Important Now). The team truly embraced this mindset, focusing on the moment and putting in maximum effort on each play. Their dedication and hard work paid off, leading us to this well-deserved victory.
